Jupiter JUP 0.0%0.0% Links Golf Club, the TGL team that’s partially owned by league co-founder Tiger Woods, has filled out its four-player roster with three of the game’s most popular and engaging players: Max Homa, Tom Kim and Kevin Kisner.

The high-tech golf league will debut in January 2025 with six teams of PGA Tour golfers, with primetime broadcasts on ESPN and ESPN+.

While the other five teams have major cities as their home base — Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco — Woods’ club is rooted in the South Florida town that he and a slew of other professional golfers call home. Notably, none of the three additions to Woods’ team, however, actually live in Jupiter, which is less than 10 miles from the TGL’s custom-built indoor venue in Palm Beach Gardens.

Homa, 33, has emerged as one of golf’s most engaging personalities on social media, with over 660,000 followers on both X (Twitter) and Instagram thanks to his quick and cerebral wit.

“Following Tiger’s career is one of the main reasons that I became an avid golfer,” said Homa, a six-time PGA Tour who was paired with Woods earlier this month at The Masters as he tied for third place. “I remember watching him win the 1997 Masters, and now getting to play alongside him has been amazing.”

Kim, 21, is one of the game’s rising stars, with seven international tournament titles and three PGA Tour victories. When he logged his third victory, he became the youngest to do so on the tour since Woods in 1997. Kim recently gained more acclaim when he was featured on Netflix’s NFLX -0.1%0.0% second season of “Full Swing,” with a youthful exuberance and likeable personality that first thrust him into the spotlight as fan favorite at the 2022 Presidents Cup.

“I am so excited about playing in the TGL format with this group of guys. Obviously, I grew up inspired by Tiger Woods, but Max and Kevin are two of my favorite guys out on Tour,” said Kim. “To talk strategy with Tiger in a true competition is something I never dreamed could happen.”

Kisner, 40, is a four-time PGA Tour winner who recently has made a successful jump into the world of broadcasting, drawing accolades for his humorous and insightful appearances as an analyst on NBC Sports PGA Tour telecasts.

“I feel very privileged to have played in the Tiger Era. Having the opportunity to compete against and alongside the G.O.A.T. has been one of the things I’ll remember most at the end of my career,” Kisner said. “This is the perfect team to bring both fun and competition together at the same time. Can’t wait.”
